Financial Policies

The following financial policies have been adopted and it has been found that strict adherence to these policies is in the best interest of both the student and the school.

  • The account for the previous year’s expenses of Newbury Park Adventist Academy must be settled before the student is permitted to enter for the current school year. Any delinquent account remaining from siblings who have attended Newbury Park Adventist Academy must be settled before another member of the family will be admitted as a student.
  • A student transferring from another school must, at the time of registration, present verification showing that any account from a previous school is fully paid.
  • Any student account not paid in full at the end of the semester may not be permitted to return for the following semester.
  • A senior will not be permitted to take part in graduation exercises unless arrangements have been made for the student’s account to be paid in full.
  • Transcripts or diplomas may not be issued until the student’s account is paid in full.
